About the Person
Dina G. Vazzana is Chief Human Resources Officer and is a member of the company’s senior leadership team. In this role, she leads the company’s worldwide Human Resources team—with a focus on employee development, talent acquisition and goal-setting to enable employees to reach their full potential and achieve their career goals. Previously serving as Director, Global Integrated Supply Chain & Inventory Management, she was responsible for management of Carestream’s global integrated supply operations. In this role Ms. Vazzana focused on enabling Carestream’s businesses to meet customer service, revenue, earnings and inventory goals while optimizing the company’s global integrated supply chain operations. Earlier at Carestream Ms. Vazzana served as General Manager, Women’s Healthcare, where she had responsibility for marketing, sales, operations and P&L accountability for the global Women’s Healthcare business. Prior to that she held management positions of increasing responsibility and scope at Eastman Kodak Company, leading teams in major businesses and operations centers including Mammography, Global Supply Chain, Professional Photography Equipment, Consumer Imaging and Logistics. Ms. Vazzana is also a licensed United States Customs Broker. Ms. Vazzana has participated in the Executive Development Program for Managers at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and she holds a B. S. in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
