About the Person
As Chief Talent Officer, Diane Frick will help drive innovation for Robins Kaplan by creating a world-class platform of talent acquisition and support for the benefit of the firm`s clients and attorneys. She will provide executive-level direction for the firm`s talent strategy, including attorney and staff recruiting and integration, retention, training and leadership development. Diane earned both undergraduate and Master`s degrees from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. She is certified as a Senior Human Resource Professional, is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Association of Legal Administrators.
