He was the business manager and interim president at Nebraska Christian College, the director of administrative services and the director of facility services at Wayne State College, and the interim director of campus services and the interim vice president of administration and finance at Peru State College. At Chadron State, Johnson will direct the administration, coordination and assessment of the human resources office, including employment services, employee relations, recruitment, retention, employee data management, payroll/compensation, benefits, telecommunications and Title IX issues. Johnson will also serve as a liaison between the CSC campus and the Nebraska State College System General Counsel and Vice Chancellor for Employee Relations on all human resource related matters.
