About the Person
Denise Hayes is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Moneris Solutions Corporation. Denise Hayes is an experienced human resources professional who brings over 20 years of leadership experience to Moneris. As Senior Vice President of People for Saint Elizabeth Health Care, Denise focused on driving the talent strategy in order to prepare the organization for growth and business expansion. Prior to Saint Elizabeth Health Care, Denise held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at ADP Canada where she developed strategy to increase rates of employee engagement and retention during a period of significant business growth. Denise will provide strategic direction on all North American human resources initiatives at Moneris, including employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning. Denise will be instrumental in shaping company-wide human resources policy and aligning it to bottom line success. Performing as a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer and Board, Denise will translate business need requirements into talent management programs while positioning Moneris for future growth.
