About the Person
Consult and partner with business leaders to address day to day HR issues and recommend solutions. Establish trust and credibility with business partners, being aware of business objectives and providing a point of view that reflects workforce implications on business decisions. Leverage HR functional knowledge to drive human resources processes, programs and practices. Facilitate talent management processes such as talent selection, retention, and workforce planning. Enhance the overall leadership capability of the team through organizational performance initiatives, change management, organizational development and workforce analytics. Support operational excellence; performance management, compliance, employee relations issues, objective setting and compensation planning initiatives.
