About the Person
Debra R. Franklin is the Vice President for Human Resource Solutions at Murray Securus. As the leader of the Human Resource Solutions division, her primary responsibilities will be managing the provision of value-added human resource consulting to clients in manufacturing, services, education, hospitality and other business sectors, as well as new business development. In addition, Franklin will serve as a member of the Murray Securus Benefits Leadership Team. Franklin is the only attorney leading a human resource consulting practice in the central and southeastern Pennsylvania regions. Prior to joining Murray Securus, Franklin ran her own human resource and legal consulting business for over thirteen years. Franklin earned her Senior Human Resource Professional (SHRP) certification in 2000 and is a graduate of State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and Jurisprudence. She received her undergraduate degree in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. Franklin is an active member in the local community. Her passion for education has led her to serve in a number of capacities with the Exeter Township School District, as well as become a founding Board member and active committee member with the Exeter Community Education Foundation. She also enjoys volunteering with the Berks County Pro Bono Project, Berks Law Foundation, and the Berks County Mock Trial Program. Franklin currently resides in Reading with her husband, Jeff. They have two children.
