About the Person
Deborah Patterson joined SI Group in 2014 as Vice President, Global Human Resources. In this position, she is responsible for the company`s strategic human resources activities, including workforce planning and development, organizational effectiveness, staffing and recruitment, benefits and compensation, and the company`s vibrant culture. Prior to joining SI Group, Deborah was President and COO at Clarion Safety Systems, responsible for the development and execution of the company`s strategy and daily operations. Her diverse background also includes leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting and Sun Chemical. Deborah holds a master`s degree in business administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor`s degree in management from The Georgia Institute of Technology.
