About the Person

Deborah Hall-Greene, Ph.D., is Vice President of the Human Resources Division, providing leadership and consultative services to senior-level executives by developing and implementing programs and initiatives that align closely with business and personnel strategies.   Dr. Hall-Greene specializes in strategic planning and the development of initiatives in all areas of human resources, to include organizational effectiveness, change leadership, employee relations and communications, compensation, talent acquisition, multinational workforce management, employee assimilation, engagement, recognition and retention.   Dr. Hall-Greene has more than 20 years of experience, with advanced knowledge and extensive experience in government services, private sector, and contracting industries.   Prior to joining ENSCO, Dr. Hall-Greene served as a Senior HR Leader at the MITRE Corporation and a corporate consultant to Lockheed Martin.   She is the recipient of numerous awards for Best Practices in Resource Management as well as Community Service Awards.   She was most recently recognized by MITRE for developing an intern program for severely wounded veterans. Dr. Hall-Greene was also honored with The Tuskegee Airmen of the Year Award for her outstanding leadership efforts to gain the Congressional Gold Medal for the famed original Tuskegee Airmen.   She earned her Ph.D. in Human Development/Adult Learning from Virginia Tech and her MS degree in organization development and undergraduate studies in human resource management from American University.
