About the Person
Deborah Elliott, also known as Deb, is the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Gleaner Life Insurance Society. A lifetime resident of Lenawee County, Elliott has worked in the human resources and financial services fields for more than 35 years. Elliott most recently served for 10 years as human resources manager at TLC Community Credit Union. Prior to her role at TLC, Elliott worked at United Bank & Trust for 15 years, where she was vice president of client services. She is an adjunct instructor at both Adrian College and Siena Heights University and a member of both the Society for Human Resource Management and Human Resource Association of Southeastern Michigan. Elliott holds degrees in organizational leadership and business administration from Siena Heights University.
