About the Person
Deborah "Deb" Bostic is the Chief Human Resources Officer at First Bank. In her new role, Bostic will oversee all human resources functions including recruiting, training, compensation, payroll, benefits, employee relations and leadership development. She will also serve as a strategic business advisor to First Bank`s senior management team and business units. Prior to joining First Bank, Bostic served as the Director of Human Resources for Netelligent Corporation and HDA, Inc. In addition to her human resources experience, Bostic served as the Sales and Operations Director at CitiMortgage and a Career Coach at BPI Group. A native of St. Louis, Bostic is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia and received certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society for Human Resources Management. She lives in New Melle, Missouri.
