About the Person
Deborah Aldredge is Chief Administrative Officer for Farmers Group. In this role, she oversees Human Resources, the University of Farmers, Government and Industry Affairs, and Risk as well as administrative oversight for Internal Audit. She was previously Chief People Officer for Farmers Group. Aldredge has more than 25 years of experience in human resources and corporate learning. Prior to joining Farmers, her experience included senior human resources, learning and development, and performance roles at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Thomson Financial.
