Debbie Slocum is the Director of Human Resources at Husqvarna Construction Products, a world leader in the construction and stone industries. With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Debbie has spent the past 10 years as a member of Husqvarna’s management team where she has helped to implement many of the people processes and strategies in place today. Having participated in seven acquisitions in six years (2001-2007), Debbie has been instrumental in driving organizational change, stronger talent management and training initiatives and a culture based on accountability. These are the key ingredients for Husqvarna’s continued success.
