About the Person
Dayna Eden is the Chief Human Resource Officer for The Everett Clinic which has 2,267 staff and providers and is the fourth largest private employer (seventh overall) in Snohomish County. The Clinic was named to Becker’s Healthcare list of “150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare” in 2014 for the second year in a row. Ms. Eden has 25 years of experience in Human Resources at the Clinic and was previously Director of Talent Acquisition and Employment. As CHRO, Ms. Eden oversees the development and implementation of human resource programs and strategies within the Clinic including recruitment, employment, retention, compensation, and workforce planning. She plans to pursue her Master’s in Business at Seattle University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business at City University and received her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute. She is past President of the Snohomish County of the Society for Human Resource Management (SCHRA) and currently serves as the Communications Director for the Northwest Human Resource Management Association (NHRMA), both of which are affiliates of the Society for Human Resources Management. She also serves on the Everett Public School District’s STEM Advisory Board.
