About the Person
Dawn joined Nomad with a wealth of experience, overseeing the company’s global HR operations and culture programmes. Previously based in Finland with Outotec, Dawn had Global responsibility for driving Leadership and Culture change, as well as being responsible for Learning and Development across the organisation. Prior to this, Dawn spent 9-years at Sage, where she focused on operations & employee relations, with additional responsibility for Culture change, as well as Leadership and Talent development. Her earlier roles were linked to generalist HR as well as commercial, from spells with local government aligned to public/private partnerships, as well as M&S, Boots & De La Rue.
