About the Person
Dawn Martin create and execute Human Resources strategies for over 180 locations and approximately 8000 colleagues. In my role, I manage and provide leadership to the Field Human Resource organization comprised of Employee Relations, Training, Talent Acquisitions & Development, and College Recruiting. I volunteer my time to the profession of Human Resources and Development. Examples include presenting at conferences, SHRM Council Member, Futures 4 Kids former business steering committee memeber, New Voices advocate, etc.
