Previously, Dawn had served at Rudder Skills, LLC, PlayCare, Inc., Greentech Lawn & Irrigation, Inc., Bradford Builders, Schindler Elevator Corp. and Simpson Industries. Dawn earned BS in Psychology from University of Florida and MA in Human Resources Development from Webster University.
