David A. Thaeler is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Haskell. David is responsible for creating and developing Haskell’s overall human resources vision including the design and implementation of all human resources strategies, policies, and processes throughout the company. He provides leadership for global talent acquisition, staffing and retention, leadership development, diversity, organizational design and cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits along with employee relations. Additionally, he is responsible for Payroll and Administrative Services. David has over 20 years of HR leadership experience in high growth, employee-centric companies including two Fortune 500 organizations. David has significant transformational HR experience in creating Shared HR and Centers of Excellence Service Models, HR financial analysis management, workforce and performance management, employment branding and cultural engagement. Prior to his current position, David served as SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer for a 5,700 employee, Georgia based health company identified four years in a row as a Fortune 100 “Great Place to Work”. His other experience includes HR leadership roles in telecommunications, professional management services and the health products & services industries. David holds dual master’s degrees in labor & human resources and public policy & management in addition to his bachelor’s in business administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
