About the Person
David Telep is responsible for leading Element`s North American Human Resources team for fleet management. Previously, David led human resources at GE Capital Fleet Services since 2011, and has been in HR leadership positions at GE for 15 years. In his current role, David is focused on driving a unified culture that values employee engagement, while ensuring that the Company has the right organizations in place to deliver on a vision for growth and commitment to customers. He holds a Bachelor`s degree from Boston College.
