Mr. Deetz’s broad cross-functional experience (R&D, manufacturing, sales & marketing) and background in physics, chemistry, biology and psychology have enabled him to develop an integrated view of the conflicting elements involved in specific commercialization challenges. He has leveraged this comprehensive background through the strategic application of system methodologies. While investigating biological systems at Yale University, he recognized the power of system methodologies to unlock the secrets of complex systems.
