David W. Clark serves as Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Diversity at Macy's, Inc. Mr. Clark served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Macy's, Inc. He has been a Federated vice president since 1995. He is responsible for corporate executive and organizational development, diversity and vendor development, training, selling services, compensation, retirement plans, group benefits and corporate facilities. He began his career in human resources at Federated's Lazarus division in Columbus, OH, in 1978. Subsequently, he held several positions of increasing responsibility within Federated, including divisional vice president for all distribution facilities at Lazarus; manager of employee relations at the Federated corporate office in Cincinnati; vice president of human resources at Federated Department Str.'s former MainStreet division in Chicago; and senior vice president of human resources and corporate training at Lazarus. Mr. Clark is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. He and his wife, Kay, have three children.
