About the Person
Mr. Ripley has over thirty years of Human Resources experience across a broad spectrum of business industries, including healthcare. Prior to joining HealthHelp, he served as a consultant providing clients with strategic direction in Human Resources, benefits, and payroll with a focus on business process solutions, change management, governance, and operations. Most recently he consulted for KPMG, where he assisted with business process engagements, contract reviews/remediations and strategy/design for service delivery. Prior to his consulting work, Mr. Ripley worked for the pioneer Human Resources outsourcing firm Exult, which was acquired by Aon Hewitt. In addition, Mr. Ripley has extensive experience in Human Resources management in a variety of industries including construction materials, retail, and financial services. Mr. Ripley also ran his own successful recruiting/consulting company for a number of years. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington College in Baltimore, Maryland.
