Mr. Bosher has served as CFO with two of the region’s most successful high growth companies and am well-attuned to the role of serving as a key partner to the CEO in the development and execution of corporate growth strategies. Mr. Bosher has a proven track record of providing boards and investors with both the financial and operational reporting and analysis to support effective decision-making, as well as deep experience with the design and implementation of corporate governance systems, operational platforms and control processes necessary to support the high-growth enterprise’s needs and objectives.
