About the Person
Darcy Stivland is the Director of Human Resources Business Partner Team at HealthEast Care System. Darcy joined HealthEast in December 2014 from TCF Financial Corporation where she served as the Vice President, Talent Management. Previously, she had served at Ceridian, Bluestone Physician Services, North Memorial Health Care, American Medical Systems, Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Fingerhut. Darcy earned Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resources and Minor in Psychology from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and Mini MBA degree from University of Saint Thomas. She also earned SPHR in Human Resources Leadership from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
