About the Person
Danielle Niebrugge is the Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources at First Mid-Illinois Bank & Trust. Danielle brings 18 years of experience in Human Resources to the First Mid organization. Prior to joining First Mid, Danielle served as Director of People Services for St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital where she was responsible for the overall engagement, growth, performance, and success of St. Anthony employees. Danielle also served in HR leadership roles with both RR Donnelley & Sons and Dental Network of America. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with an emphasis in Employee Relations and minor in business. She became certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in January 2011. In her new role, Niebrugge will be responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources including: salary, wage, and benefit administration; state and federal reporting; and the hiring and recruiting process. In addition, she will play a key role in the company’s overall employee strategy relating to ongoing training, development and overall employee engagement initiatives.
