New York, NY-based Deloitte Appointed Danielle Boutwell as Leader Development Intern
Deloitte is the brand under which tens of thousands of dedicated professionals in independent firms throughout the world collaborate to provide audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk management, tax and related services to select clients. These firms are members of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, a UK private company limited by guarantee (“DTTL”). Each DTTL member firm provides services in particular geographic areas and is subject to the laws and professional regulations of the particular country or countries in which it operates. Each DTTL member firm is structured in accordance with national laws, regulations, customary practice, and other factors, and may secure the provision of professional services in its territory through subsidiaries, affiliates, and other related entities. Not every DTTL member firm provides all services, and certain services may not be available to attest clients under the rules and regulations of public accounting. DTTL and each DTTL member firm are legally separate and independent entities, which cannot obligate each other. DTTL and each DTTL member firm are liable only for their own acts and omissions, and not those of each other. DTTL (also referred to as “Deloitte Global”) does not provide services to clients.
As a Psychology and Human Resource Management student at Susquehanna, I am a driven and dynamic part of campus and working to extend my experiences and skills into the field of human resources. I am specifically interested in working in organizational development, change management, talent management, and leadership development. My internship experiences have exposed me to a broad range of projects within Human Resource transformation, talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, and data driven Human Resource. I am motivated by success and working with a team to achieve a common vision. As an active leader in my community, I have had a plethora of experiences such as serving as Staff Recruitment and Development Chair for Susquehanna`s Welcome Week Planning Committee, President of Kappa Delta Sorority, an Orientation Leader, Executive Member, Leadership and Engagement Liaison, and Senator in Susquehanna`s Student Government Association, and Student Representative on our Alumni Board. These positions along with other involvements have afforded me the chance to refine my leadership abilities, manage and coordinate people, work toward organizational growth and development, plan and manage events, and work as a peer mentor.
