About the Person

Daniel Houston leads Luxottica`s HR Technology group for North America, where he drives operations and strategies related to the alignment of Human Resources Technology which includes Talent Management, HRIS, Timekeeping, Recruiting and Payroll systems.  In addition, he is responsible for the output of all HR reporting and analytics and has extensive experience in the areas of talent management analytics, HR benchmarking, forecasting, data mining, optimization, regression analysis and cost reduction. Prior to joining Luxottica, Daniel was a member of Ernst & Young`s (EY) Human Capital Practice, where he specialized in HR Technology, Workforce Analytics, HR Strategy and Payroll/HRIS Advisory topics, which included vendor sourcing and selection, requirements gathering, project management, data management and global implementation. Daniel holds an MBA from George Washington University and a BS in Human Resource Management and International Business from the University of Akron.
