Dan Long is the Vice President of Human Resources at ProEnergy. Dan is responsible for talent development, placement, engagement and retention, and is working to grow ProEnergy’s business through these areas. Dan has extensive international business experience to ProEnergy, along with expertise in leadership development, talent management, organization design and change management. Dan’s knowledge and experience ranges across a variety of industries with an emphasis in start-up, acquisition, redesign and growth. Prior to joining ProEnergy, Dan was Global VP of HR at AAF International (member of the Daikin Group), and held progressively responsible roles with Ingersoll Rand, IMC Global and ConAgra. Dan earned BS in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Indiana University Bloomington.
