Dan Goad is the Head of Human Resources at BBC News.   Dan Goad assumeed the new role at the broadcaster after working as HR Business Partner for the west of England region since December 2011.   Goad heads up the development and delivery of HR strategy across BBC News.   His previous roles include HR Business Partner at Rolls-Royce and various HR roles within BAE Systems.   Dan earned his BSc degree in Psychology from University of Kent in 1997 and his MA degree in Human Resource Management from University of Leeds in 2000.
