Serving in both corporate and consulting Human Resources roles, Mr. Allinger has over 25 years of global Human Resources and business experience in the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Automotive industries, with a focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of human capital performance tHuman Resourcesough organizational transformations. Prior to joining Frank’s International, Mr. Allinger served as the Executive Director, Global Human Resources for Baker Hughes where he oversaw a wide range of responsibilities including global Human Resources strategy, organization and process transformation, workforce planning, analytics, and technology. He was also an executive sponsor for multiple Six Sigma black belt certification projects. Mr. Allinger is well known tHuman Resourcesoughout the Global Human Resources industry as an effective and successful change agent. Originally from the Midwest, Dan graduated with a BAS in Human Resources from Mount Olive University in North Carolina, while serving in the United States Air Force.
