About the Person
Dale W. Gibbens serves as Vice President of Human Resources of Koch Industries Inc. Mr. Gibbens before joining Koch, he was a member of the Bunge Corporation. He serves as a Director of Georgia Pacific Corp. Dale W. Gibbens and his wife Sheryll have lived in Wichita since they graduated from Emporia State University in 1978. Dale was raised in Emporia Kansas and he received BS in business from Emporia State University and Masters degree from Wichita State University in 1981. He then went to work for Koch Industries in 1982 and have been employed since then in a variety of Human Resources roles. He is currently the Corporate Vice President for Human Resources, a position he has held since 2001. He has been a member of Eastminster since 1988 and have been active in a variety of ministry areas. He is an ordained deacon and elder and have served on session for a total of eight years. He was a member of the personnel committee for five years. He has participated in and led numerous small groups and Bible studies over the years including marriage groups and Crown Ministries. Dale and his wife Sheryll have three children Jennifer, Brett and David.
