Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District is the third largest public school district in the state of Texas with almost 115,000 students enrolled. CFISD has 11 high schools, 18 middle schools, 54 elementary schools, and 4 special campuses. During the 2015-2016 school year, the district employed 7,227 teachers, 2,414 paraprofessionals, 3,249 special service personnel, and 1,496 professional/administrative/support personnel for a total of 14,386 employees.
