About the Person
Cynthia Ring, a human resources executive with more than 20 years experience, is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Currently Vice President for Human Resources, External Affairs and Patient Experience at HealthAlliance Hospital in Leominster, Ring is the former Executive Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at UMass Medical School/Commonwealth Medicine. She has also served as Director of Human Resources for Rhode Island Hospital and Hasbro Children`s Hospital in Providence, RI. A graduate of Framingham State College, she holds a MBA degree from Bryant University and resides in Dighton. In her new role, Ring will oversee all aspects of Harvard Pilgrim human resources, including Total Rewards to include compensation, benefits, wellness and analytics; learning and development, talent acquisition, organizational design, workforce investment and employee relations.
