About the Person

Cynthia Maness joined LMI in December 1990 as plant and corporate HR Manager, was named HR Director in 1996, Director of People in 2002, and was appointed Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development in 2008.   Prior to joining LMI, Cindy was the Personnel Director for six years at Peper, Martin, Jensen, Maichel & Hetlage, and she also held human resources leadership positions at the City of Ballwin, MO, and at Fontbonne College in St. Louis.   Cindy has a Bachelor of Arts in history from William Jewell College and she has completed the Strategic Leadership for Women in HR at the Simmons School of Management and the Leading Through Innovation Berkeley Executive Leadership Program at UC Berkeley.
