Cynthia Gore is the Chief People Officer at Georgia United Credit Union, effective August 2015. She will lead and administer human resources strategy, talent acquisition, training and development, employee compensation and benefits for the $1 billion credit union. Cynthia Gore is an industry leader with more than 20 years` experience in all areas of human resources. In her current executive level role with HealthCare Solutions, Cynthia is responsible for developing human resources strategies to support organic and acquisition growth of the company while ensuring that employees and leaders were synchronized with the organization`s goals and vision. Cynthia`s major accomplishments include developing a full service human resources department to serve over 1,000 employees, developing comprehensive career development programs for managers and employees, and implemented recruiting and retention programs to significantly reduce turnover. Prior to working with HealthCare Solutions, Cynthia has also performed in senior level human resources roles with United Stationers Supply, Inc., The Home Depot and Ulanji, Inc. Cynthia is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University where she earned a degree in Management and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is also a Senior Certified Professional (SCP).
