About the Person
A Human Resources professional with 25 plus years experience, Cynthia “Cindy” Bryan joined Didi Hirsch Community Mental Health Center as Director, Human Resources in March 2005. Prior to joining Didi Hirsch, Ms. Bryan was a senior Human Resources Generalist for Boeing Satellite Systems in El Segundo for four years. She was responsible for providing HR support to the Quality, Safety and Supplier Management/Procurement organizations. Previously, she was the HR Director for NEC Unified Business Solutions and was responsible for developing and managing the HR department for 350 employees in over 10 western states. Early in her HR career, Ms. Bryan worked for First Interstate Services Company (now Wells Fargo Bank) as the HR Manager for the Electronic Banking Center and the corporate office. Throughout her 11 years at First Interstate, she also developed and delivered training modules for managers to help them improve their management skills. Ms. Bryan graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Child Development. She received her S.P.H.R. (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Society for Human Resources Management. She has also been trained as a Resolution Advocate as part of an alternative dispute resolution process at Boeing. Ms. Bryan is also a certified trainer for Angeles Girl Scout Council. She recruits and trains new leaders in basic troop leadership. She also serves as a neighborhood consultant, providing counsel and guidance to over 60 volunteer troop leaders and co-leaders. Ms. Bryan is a seasoned HR professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to help Human Resources become a true business partner to the Didi Hirsch organization.
