Ross Stores, Inc. is a chain of American off-price department stores headquartered in Pleasanton, California, operating under the name Ross Dress for Less. It is the third largest off-price retailer in the United States, behind T.J. Maxx and Marshalls, both of which are owned by TJX Companies. As of February 2012, the company operated 1,037 Ross Stores in 29 U.S. states and Guam, covering much of the country, but with no presence in New England, New York, northern New Jersey, Alaska, and areas of the Midwest.
Curtis Dauw is Vice President, Supply Chain Production Planning at Ross Stores. Previously, Curtis held various senior HR leadership roles in the industry.
