About the Person
Curt Stoll is SVP of human resources operations at Convergys Corporation. Stoll is responsible for leading human resources operations work in the area of talent management, performance management and employee/labor relations for over 125,000 employees across the Convergys global organization. Prior to his current appointment, Stoll held a number of executive positions with Convergys, including VP of operations; VP of human resources business partner for the information management and relationship technology management lines of business, the North American business unit and all corporate resource units; and VP of human resources for international operations, responsible for all non-U.S. locations. Before joining Convergys, Stoll held a series of leadership positions with Cincinnati Bell Telephone, AT&T, and MATRIXX Marketing. Stoll holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Marian University.
