BHA will work with the State of Connecticut and with surrounding communities to ensure that those communities provide affordable housing resources to their own residents, so that BHA can focus on the needs of Bridgeport residents. The housing units that BHA develops, owns, funds, manages, or subsidizes shall be attractive, well managed, and provide safe and secure living environments to residents of these properties and their neighbors. BHA shall conduct all of its activities with professionalism and high standards of ethical behavior, upholding the principles of A.C.T. - accountability, communication and transparency - in its policies, rules and operating procedures.
