As Director of Talent Acquisition, Courtney Penning provides management oversight to a team of dedicated healthcare, locums and corporate/management recruiters. Together, her team is responsible for recruiting for over 10,000 FTEs in over 300 locations. In collaboration with operations leadership across the country, her department ensures support staff is available to aid the successful delivery of healthcare services at all prison and jail locations. Ms. Penning has been with Corizon Health since 2006 and has over 16 years of healthcare experience including front line staff level, recruiter and managerial. She has staffed for all levels of nursing leadership, staff and physician management, corporate office, and executive leadership positions within the healthcare arena.
