Over the past decade, Tin Fulton Walker & Owen has emerged as one of North Carolinas leading law firms, a multi-faceted group of attorneys capable of handling all manner of cases across the state. With offices in Charlotte, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh, the firm represents clients in criminal and civil matters in both state and federal courts. The firm began in 2002 when Noell Tin hired Missy Owen to help him with a bustling criminal practice. A few years later, Matthew Pruden joined the firm as its client base continued to grow.
