About the Person
Colleen Schmidt is Director of Operations and is responsible for managing all aspects of CoreDial`s customer service, support, porting, and provisioning business needs. Since joining CoreDial in 2011, Schmidt has been instrumental in implementing critical systems and processes that have resulted in measurable improvements to key performance metrics as well as employee and departmental performance. Colleen`s efforts have also resulted in a marked increase in customer satisfaction ratings. Colleen brings to CoreDial 20 years of excellence in the fields of project and operations management, directing the activities of Operations, Client Services, and Support teams with such companies as Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing, and Triangle Burlington Management Company. Colleen studied at Drexel University and received a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University.
