About the Person
Coleen has been managing the financial details of engineering and environmental projects for nearly 35 years. She is the most experienced and qualified accountant in New England when it comes to billing and reimbursement under the various state cleanup funds, including 21J in Massachusetts and the Petroleum Reimbursement Fund Program in New Hampshire. With exquisite attention to detail, she is a master at maximizing client participation in these programs. Accurate invoices, solid contracts, and timely accounting ensure mutually beneficial client relationships. She is responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements, including trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. She also administers company benefits, including medical, life insurance, short and long-term disability and the 401K profit sharing plan.
