NorthShore Health Centers is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality, affordable healthcare to the uninsured and underinsured in Porter, Lake and LaPorte Counties. NorthShore currently has 9 locations providing medical care. Patients are seen on both a scheduled and walk-in basis. Evening hours are available at all of our locations including Saturday hours at our Portage, Lake Station and Hammond clinics.
