About the Person

Clinton Edward Fager is a native Oklahoman, graduating from Duncan High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Management major) from the University of Tulsa.   Mr. Fager holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute, an affiliate of the Society for Human Resources Management.   He is also a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Compensation Association and previously held their designation of Certified Compensation Professional.   Mr. Fager joined Broken Arrow Public Schools in July 2011 as Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to coming to Broken Arrow, he was employed in the private sector for more than 30 years in various Human Resource management positions at NORDAM, Public Service Company of Oklahoma, Reading & Bates Corporation, and Skelly Oil Company.   Mr. Fager is a current member of the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association and the national Society for Human Resource Management.
