The Delaware River & Bay Authority (DRBA) was created by Compact in 1962. The DRBA, overseen by six commissioners from New Jersey and six from Delaware, is charged with providing vital transportation links between the two states as well as economic development in Delaware and the four southern counties of New Jersey. OSSE also ensures that children and families receive year round access to well balanced meals by providing federal reimbursements, training and nutrition education to program participants.
