Cynthia M. Myers, also known as Cindy, joined Flagstar Bank in January 2014 as Chief Human Resources Officer with overall responsibility for Flagstar`s human resource strategies and solutions and serves as its Executive Vice President. She brings 30 years of leadership experience in human resources in diverse environments, including business services, data collection, marketing, and energy. Prior to joining Flagstar, she led human resources at RGIS, LLC, a global data collection and inventory services organization with offices in over 44 countries. Earlier in her career, she served as vice president, human resources, at Minacs, a data base marketing firm. She was later promoted to general manager, with responsibility for operations of the company`s Michigan subsidiary. Prior to Minacs, she held various human resource management positions at DTE Energy, a Detroit-based utility company where she worked for 19 years. Myers serves on the executive leadership committee for the March of Dimes.
