I am an HR professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with employees of all levels. I am a bright, self-confident, knowledgeable individual with presence and maturity. I am known for my excellent judgment, integrity, and ethics. I prefer an open door approach to Human Resources and I am known for my positive can do attitude. I have a very strong HR background including employee relations, compliance, training, and employee engagement. I have successfully managed programs such as, onboarding standardization, frontline supervisor training, infrastructure restructure, policy revision, service awards, recognition and safety. I have obtained my PHR certification, an A.S. Business Management with HR Focus and I am on track to complete my B.S in Business Management with HR focus in 2015. Other key attributes include strong business acumen and excellent organizational skills. I am responsive and effective.
