Collective Change is a crowdfunding platform for nonprofits and social causes. Each month will focus on different category of charitable cause. At the beginning of every month, we ll put up several causes within that months category. You can check out your options and vote for your favorite. With your $15 annual membership, 12 of those dollars are funneled into a collective donation pool. $1 for each month. By doing this, each monthly donation represents the number of people who contributed to that cause. As our community grows, so do those monthly donations. Think about it! If a million people came together with just $1 each month, we will be raising a million dollars each month for a new cause!

Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance leads an ongoing, comprehensive downtown management program. We bring ideas and people together to help create an exciting and attractive place to live, work, invest, and visit. Established in 2003, HDR set out to reverse the devastating impact many years of economic decline had on downtown. In the 19th and 20th centuries, Harrisonburg`s downtown thrived as the bustling county seat of Rockingham County but struggled when people and businesses began moving to the suburbs.
