15+ years of experience developing and driving the implementation of human resources initiatives and programs that are aligned with business goals and objectives. Experience leading a team of up to 20 Human Resources Business Partners and 15 Coordinators located in 15 locations nationwide, supporting up to 2000 employees. Demonstrated ability to achieve business results through strategic leadership, working with 7 C-Suite and 18 Executive Leaders to provide direction on organizational effectiveness, change management, compensation, and performance management, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.
