About the Person
Christopher Rott is Senior Vice President Human Resources at HealthPRO. Previously, he as CHOR at Righttime. Mr. Rott has more than 25 years of experience in performance management, employee relations and organizational management, and specializes in expansion. Prior to coming to Righttime, Mr. Rott served as a vice president of a global media company, directing and leading its human resources and human capital policies and procedures. Mr. Rott has also been a professor at the University of Maryland, teaching classes in human resources and labor law. Mr. Rott earned his Bachelors degree in Psychology at Flagler College and obtained his Masters in Human Resources at Nova Southeastern University.
